Pinhook Vertical Series 10-Year Bourbon is a carefully aged, small-batch release designed to showcase the evolution of flavor over a decade in barrel. It opens with rich caramel, dark fruit and soft vanilla, layered over toasted oak and light baking spice, reflecting its extended time maturing in Kentucky rickhouses. On the palate the bourbon delivers a silky texture with dried cherry, cinnamon, warm nutmeg and gentle tannins, culminating in a long, warm finish with a lingering blend of oak, sweet corn and spice.
