Mary Taylor Périgord is a southern French red from the Périgord IGP in Southwest France, centered around the Dordogne and Lot departments. It’s typically a blend of about 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, offering ripe red and dark fruit, a velvety texture, and just enough spice and structure to make it an an excellent food wine.
