Clos des Fous “Grillos Cantores” is a Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon from a 25-acre vineyard planted in 1993 in Cachapoal, at 1,380 ft altitude on alluvial soils. It shows rich dark fruit—blackberry, black cherry—alongside notes of cassis, leather, and kirsch, with herbal-balsamic undertones and soft tannins. Great for pairing with grilled red meats, hearty stews or a strong cheese board.
