Caruso & Minini Frappello is a lively Sicilian red that brings together Frappato and Nerello Mascalese for a fresh, aromatic style. Juicy red cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry mingle with floral notes, Mediterranean herbs, and a subtle earthy spice. The palate is light to medium-bodied with bright acidity, gentle tannins, and a savory, refreshing finish. Serve slightly chilled and pair with pizza, charcuterie, grilled vegetables, roasted chicken, or tomato-based pasta.
