Arise is Blackbird’s refined Napa Valley Bordeaux-style blend showing ripe blackberry, plum, and dark cherry layered with notes of graphite, cedar, dried herbs, and a touch of cocoa. Medium to full-bodied with polished tannins and balanced acidity, it carries richness without feeling heavy. Pairs well with grilled steaks, lamb, burgers, or braised dishes, where the structure and dark fruit hold up to savory, but its still approachable enough for easy drinking. This vintage has just reached its drinkability window but is still age-worthy.
