Shibui Single Grain 18 Year Old Sherry Cask is a rare, premium Japanese whisky distilled at the award-winning Kumesen Distillery in Okinawa, Japan. Made from 100% premium Indica long-grain rice and fermented with indigenous Okinawan black koji, this single grain spirit is single-distilled in a stainless steel pot still and aged for at least 18 years in Spanish Sherry casks. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), it is uncolored and non-chill-filtered to preserve its natural weight and rich texture
