Oka Japanese Vodka

This Japanese Vodka is crafted at the Tsutsumi Distillery in Kumamoto using 100 % Japanese rice. It undergoes slow fermentation, five pot distillations, and filtration through binchō-tan charcoal, resulting in a spirit with delicate floral aromas, sweet rice character, hints of green apple and citrus peel, and a dry, clean finish. At 43 % ABV, this vodka works beautifully in a clean, elevated cocktail. Try it in an ultra-smooth martini garnished with a green apple twist, pair it with yuzu tonic for a refreshing highball, or use it as the base for a citrus-forward mule with ginger soda and lime.
