It’s grown on Portlandian limestone-marl soils (slightly younger than the famed Kimmeridgian soils of Chablis), giving a fresher fruit-forward expression while retaining mineral clarity and citrus-driven acidity. The result: an inviting wine with zesty lime, green apple, chalky minerality and a clean, vibrant finish—perfect as an aperitif or paired with delicate seafood.
