This unusual white version of Lambrusco from the family‐owned Lini 910 estate in Emilia-Romagna opens with crisp green-apple and pear aromas, lemon zest and a hint of almond/hazelnut richness. The palate is lively and dry, with light effervescence, stony minerality and a clean, refreshing finish. It pairs beautifully with most foods. We like it next to simple fare like herb-roasted chicken, grilled shrimp, or pizza.
