High Wire Distilling Jimmy Red Classic is a distinctive straight bourbon whiskey built around the heirloom Jimmy Red corn that helped put High Wire on the map. Bottled at 95 proof, it delivers rich notes of caramelized corn, vanilla, toasted oak, baking spice, and roasted nuts, with a subtle fruitiness underneath. The palate is full and warming with a naturally sweet corn character balanced by peppery spice and a long, slightly earthy oak finish. Excellent neat or over a large cube, but it also has enough character to stand out in an Old Fashioned or Manhattan.
