A bright, engaging white Burgundy (Chardonnay) from the Mâconnais, this wine shows crisp orchard fruit (pear, green apple), a hint of lemon-zest freshness, and a mineral backbone drawn from the clay-limestone soils of Farges-les-Mâcon. The 2023 vintage reflects good ripeness and vibrancy, yet this wine is crafted for early to medium term drinking rather than decades of ageing—drinkable now and through the next 3-5 years to enjoy its freshness and fruit charm. Serve with herb crusted chicken, salmon sushi, or pastas with lemon and butter.
