It’s pale gold with fine bubbles, leaning crisp and bright with notes like white flowers, citrus, apple, and Meyer lemon, plus a lightly bready, creamy finish. Typically around 11% ABV, it’s a celebratory sparkler that also plays well with seafood, salads, and light dishes.
