El Jimador Reposado (375 mL) is crafted from 100 % hand-harvested blue Weber agave that’s naturally fermented and double-distilled. After distillation, it rests for about two months in American oak barrels, giving it a golden hue and warm flavour profile of vanilla, toasted wood, soft fruits and spices layered over smooth agave. With a clean finish and approachable profile, it makes a solid choice for sipping neat or mixing into quality cocktails.
