Air Quotes is Nook Brewing’s take on a Kölsch-style ale/lager hybrid.  It’s described as light, clean, refreshing and thirst-quenching—“Sparkling Wine is to Champagne as Air Quotes is to Kolsch.”  Though its IBU isn’t listed, it’s positioned to be mild and easy to drink.  It carries ~7 % ABV per Untappd listings.
